Job Summary

Build and lead a high-performing team to drive excellence in branch operations, including inventory management, customer value, and overall financial performance. Partner with area leadership to meet revenue, customer satisfaction, and associate succession planning goals. Coach and train associates on customer value best practices and safety, translate operating and financial data into clear trends, and set/monitor KPIs to continuously improve results while supporting adoption of emerging technologies.
