Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain efficient, error-free receipt transaction processing in the Inbound Department.
  • •Coordinate daily receipts with the drayage provider, balancing schedule to capacity and labor to daily workload.
  • •Supervise receiving tasks and transactions and coordinate finished goods put-away with the Stock Supervisor.
  • •Review associates’ receipt transactions for accuracy and escalate flagged receipts through proper channels.
  • •Provide direct supervision, participate in staffing and performance decisions, and drive continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives while supporting zero-incident safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum two years of experience in a warehouse environment.
  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited school.
  • •Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime and flex to different areas or local plants as needed.
  • •Ability to lift up to 35 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive lifting, bending, and squatting.
  • •Willingness to operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) and communicate effectively with internal and external customers/vendors.
