Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Center Manager in the smooth running of the center asset and support development of other centers.
  • •Manage center administration and provide a professional guest experience as the first impression for visitors.
  • •Support pre-opening and post-opening activities, including becoming familiar with retail products, activities, and course requirements.
  • •Manage retail inventory and purchasing, including pre-opening inventory, stock preparation, purchasing budget, and maintaining accurate retail records.
  • •Plan and direct day-to-day retail outlet operations, ensuring effective merchandising, sales performance, quick issue resolution, and safe/ethical operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Knowledge of the reception industry’s concepts, practices, and procedures
  • •Excellent written and spoken English
