Key Responsibilities

  • •Use digital/technology research, business intelligence, and data-driven insights to identify opportunities, propose solutions, build roadmaps, and improve performance.
  • •Translate product and experience opportunities into initiatives (requirements/features) and drive execution strategy.
  • •Lead product and experience opportunities from idea through market validation by collaborating with stakeholders and SMEs.
  • •Track and analyze product performance against KPIs and KRIs using data-driven problem-solving, reporting, and insight generation.
  • •Create business case artifacts and hypotheses, manage risks per risk and compliance policies, and present complex concepts to diverse audiences.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree; or 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • •4 years of Digital/Technology Product Management experience, including strategy/planning, innovation, user experience, process engineering, analytics, and research/testing.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop, present, influence, and communicate business decisions.
  • •Knowledge of Agile methodology.
  • •Customer contact channel experience in insurance or financial services (1 year, where applicable).
