•Conduct preventative maintenance and safety checks throughout assigned areas.
•Complete Tyson Level 1 through 4 Skills Training within 18 months of being placed in the position.
•Follow Hazmat grooming requirements and become Hazmat Certified.
•Comply with safety, food safety, GMP, and SQF requirements and perform other assigned work as directed by a supervisor/manager.

•Familiarity with plant compressed air systems and water supply systems (chill water, hot water, city water, glycol).
•Become a Hazmat Team member and pass required physical.
•Ability to work in harsh environments and temperatures (including in and out of -10-degree temps) and move to different areas of the plant.
•Mechanical troubleshooting experience including electrical troubleshooting, PLC controls, three-phase wiring, plumbing, and pneumatic/hydraulic troubleshooting preferred.
