Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and complete RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs for institutional and wholesale clients and consultants globally.
  • •Deliver high-quality, client-ready responses that articulate investment philosophy, capabilities, and competitive advantages.
  • •Partner with internal stakeholders and SMEs to gather, validate, and shape accurate content and data.
  • •Collaborate cross-border with RFP colleagues to deliver regional and global submissions, including shared DDQs and client documents.
  • •Plan and manage work in a deadline-driven environment; communicate progress, escalate issues proactively, and improve RFP processes and content quality.

Key Requirements

  • •3–6 years post-graduation experience in an RFP/RFI/DDQ writing, client reporting, product specialist support, or institutional proposals role.
  • •Hands-on experience leading RFPs, RFIs and DDQs, including relevant regulatory/compliance requirements and end-to-end delivery.
  • •Strong understanding of investment products, asset classes, markets, and institutional/wholesale client expectations.
  • •Working knowledge of performance and reporting systems, third-party databases, and institutional standards (e.g., GIPS).
  • •Fluent English communication (written and spoken) with strong investment writing and stakeholder management skills.
