Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute multi-year category strategies using spend analytics, supplier cost models, and market intelligence to find savings, technology access, and risk-mitigation opportunities.
  • •Lead end-to-end negotiations for renewals, enterprise agreements, license buy-outs, statements of work, and assignment/novation terms from M&A and divestitures.
  • •Build quantitative cases with normalized cost-per-capacity benchmarks, total cost of ownership comparisons, and royalty/consumption models.
  • •Own third-party IP contracting: aggregate requirements, establish intake/approval processes, and manage commercial relationships.
  • •Manage and improve supplier performance using quarterly scorecards; coach and develop the team and ensure governance compliance before signature.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 97,720 - 167,520 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree required.
  • •At least two years leading a team in strategic sourcing or indirect procurement supporting engineering functions.
  • •Proven results negotiating large, complex technology agreements in the semiconductor or high-technology sector (e.g., EDA, semiconductor IP, or engineering services).
  • •Commercial fluency with licensing constructs (enterprise agreements, royalties, capacity/subscription pricing, buy-outs, assignment/novation, consumption-based terms).
  • •Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and Ariba Sourcing, and comfort building cost models in Excel (or equivalent tools).
