Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop assigned styles and collections with Development, Design, and Product Line Management.
  • •Prepare and manage development documentation (style specifications, size charts, fabric/trim selections, and fit comments).
  • •Coordinate fit sessions and provide fit/construction recommendations to ensure product quality and consistency.
  • •Coordinate smooth product development and bulk production with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • •Drive costing and manage bulk production approvals and handover to garment manufacturers, while maintaining accurate data in PRM and other IT systems.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate Engineer in Clothing Technology or similar education.
  • •At least 2-3 years of experience in apparel/product development in the garment or textile industry.
  • •Very good knowledge of raw materials and garment construction.
  • •Proven project management experience.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.
