Key Responsibilities

  • •Translate HR transformation roadmaps into detailed workstreams, actionable change management deliverables, and data-driven insights.
  • •Drive end-to-end realization of transformation goals by tracking milestones, ROI, and performance metrics across programs.
  • •Identify and implement enterprise AI, generative solutions, and automation opportunities within HR operations to streamline service delivery and improve analytics and self-service.
  • •Lead redesign and lean optimization of global HR operating models and core workflows such as talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • •Develop and execute comprehensive global OCM strategies (stakeholder mapping, communications, risk mitigation, and learning interventions) to drive high adoption and minimize change friction.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus at least 4 years of relevant experience (or demonstrated equivalency).
  • •Demonstrated experience supporting or leading large-scale, multi-region HR transformation across complex, matrixed organizations.
  • •Proficiency with project delivery and work management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira, Trello, Monday.com, or Planner.
  • •Hands-on experience designing and facilitating workshops, process mapping sessions, and stakeholder alignment using tools like Miro or Mural.
  • •Certification or formal training in Prosci / ADKAR, Lean Six Sigma, Design Thinking, Agile, Scrum, PMP, or similar transformation methodologies.
