  • •Track and MIS for new item requests, PO creation, PO pending approvals, and delivery planning; maintain records of items received vs planned
  • •Create Purchase Orders in SAP and ensure alignment with terms
  • •Coordinate with suppliers on order confirmation, production status, and dispatch schedules
  • •Maintain documentation (invoices, packing lists, bill of lading, certificate of origin) and ensure deliveries meet requirements
