Pick customer orders by scanning items, performing quality control, and ensuring all goods meet expiry-date policy requirements. Verify out-of-stock items with the responsible section, provide feedback when errors occur, and keep the putaway area organized by moving unused trollies and crates to storage. Confirm that putaway locations and crates have scannable barcodes and report anomalies (wrong product image/location or picking system issues) to the line manager.
