Own end-to-end implementation of BookNook partnerships, guiding district and school leaders through onboarding, launch planning, training, rostering, change management, and ongoing program delivery. Monitor implementation performance using customer feedback and program data, resolve risks and issues across multiple concurrent customers, and ensure commitments are met. Serve as a trusted strategic point of contact, partnering with internal teams to drive retention, renewals, expansion, and measurable student outcomes.
