Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide project leadership and systems engineering/technical analysis for aircraft platform systems and projects across modifications, overhauls, and installations.
  • •Support system performance and analysis for the Cargo Utility platform Product Office, including technical development, parts integration, and test/evaluation of Army weapon systems.
  • •Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects, including liaison work between technical program management, technical teams, and line management.
  • •Review project status, budgets, and schedules; assess technical issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and objectives.
  • •Perform system safety engineering tasks such as hazard analyses, hazard management, risk management, mitigation requirement identification/documentation, and residual risk assessment; lead Safety Working Groups and assist in accident investigations.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of related experience, with an HS diploma (or greater) (or BS with 10+ years, or MS with 8+ years).
  • •Active Secret clearance.
  • •Need specialized certification (A&P or IA), with A&P/IA experience or alternative licensed pilot/FE experience acceptable.
  • •Familiarity with Safety documents AR385-10 and Mil-std-882E.
  • •US Citizenship required.
