Key Responsibilities

•Lead, coach, and grow the PIE team, maintaining a small, senior group and hiring as platform scope expands.
•Own the platform roadmap across cloud infrastructure, site reliability engineering, developer experience, security, and architecture standards.
•Drive multi-cloud strategy and data center migrations with Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
•Own the observability stack end to end and establish SLO-driven reliability standards for service health.
•Enhance developer experience with tooling, CI/CD, local development, and secure-by-default patterns; partner with security to embed best practices.

Key Requirements

•8-10+ years of software development experience with deep hands-on background in infrastructure, platform, or site reliability engineering.
•5+ years of experience leading engineering teams, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and growing senior engineers.
•Hands-on expertise across the platform stack: networking and traffic management, compute orchestration (Kubernetes), datastores, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or similar), and observability tooling.
•Experience with modern cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and/or Azure) and cloud-native architectures at scale.
•A track record of running platform teams as force multipliers—measured by velocity, reliability, and adoption for other teams.
