Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage complete end-to-end payroll cycles for the assigned population, including review of payroll outputs for 100% accuracy.
  • •Handle off-cycle payrolls and payroll adjustments, and manage complex payroll discrepancies.
  • •Ensure compliance with Colombian payroll laws and statutory regulations; prepare audit documentation and support audits.
  • •Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring payroll issues and drive permanent resolution.
  • •Validate payroll system integrations and data flow, coordinate fixes, and support payroll process standardization and automation initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5–7 years of progressive payroll administration, payroll shared services, or payroll operations experience.
  • •Strong payroll expertise including calculations, reconciliation, reporting, and payroll adjustments.
  • •Hands-on experience with enterprise payroll systems such as ADP, SAP Payroll, or similar platforms.
