Key Responsibilities

  • •Liaise with technology vendors and oversee deployment, ongoing management, and sustainment of the LMS platform and BAMT-specific technologies.
  • •Maintain system uptime and ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
  • •Use AI tools to create and customize engaging courses in formats such as SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes.
  • •Act as BAMT lead for incubating new scalable learning technologies and integrate them within the CAE ecosystem.
  • •Coordinate courseware project delivery, use LMS analytics and reporting to track progress and identify trends for continuous improvement.
