Job Summary

Implement and manage CAE’s LMS and courseware, partnering with vendors to deploy, sustain, and integrate learning platforms while maintaining system uptime. Use AI tools to create and customize engaging courses across SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes. Lead incubation of new learning technologies for Maintenance Technicians, coordinate courseware project delivery with SMEs, and use analytics to track progress and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Liaise with technology vendors and oversee deployment, ongoing management, and sustainment of the LMS platform and BAMT-specific technologies.
•Maintain system uptime and ensure seamless integration of new technologies with existing systems.
•Use AI tools to create and customize engaging courses in formats such as SCORM, videos, PDFs, and interactive quizzes.
•Act as BAMT lead for incubating new scalable learning technologies and integrate them within the CAE ecosystem.
•Coordinate courseware project delivery, use LMS analytics and reporting to track progress and identify trends for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a similar field.
•Minimum of 3 years of experience.
