Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead strategic long-lead Infinity Fabric IP design from architectural conception through development.
  • •Manage cross-program resource and scheduling models across multiple product streams.
  • •Align IP component schedules with peer IP program managers and SoC milestones.
  • •Provide data-driven insights to support prioritization, scoping, and risk management.
  • •Facilitate execution tradeoffs, risk mitigation, resolution of late discoveries, and coordinate leadership-to-engineering communication.

Key Requirements

  • •Program management experience delivering complex silicon, software, or hardware programs.
  • •Experience leading global, cross-functional engineering programs.
  • •Strong understanding of the concept-to-production silicon lifecycle and defect management.
  • •Experience developing long-term program plans with clear deliverables and milestones.
  • •Proficiency with collaboration and program tools such as TWiki, Confluence, JIRA, MS Office, MS Project, SharePoint, and Teams.
