Machine Learning Scientist - LLM/AI, San Jose

Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to enhance TikTok privacy-related systems. Build end-to-end ML/NLP solutions using real-world privacy signals, analyze complex datasets to drive data-driven decisions, and run experiments to improve recommendation functions and user satisfaction. Operate data/AI models to measure, validate, and diagnose privacy evolution, while communicating recommendations to stakeholders across engineering, legal, audit, security, and product.
