Job Summary

Lead Global Specialists Organization executive communications and drive Cisco–Splunk synergy messaging to accelerate GTM alignment. Partner with senior leaders in the Office of the CRO to craft executive narratives, presentations, and stage presence for events including Cisco Live, GSX, and .conf. Develop quarterly communications campaigns, share “better together” case studies and success stories, and support the transition to Cisco’s Specialist Model with clear vision, benefits, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop executive and internal communications messaging, written materials, presentations, and stage presence for major events and executive town halls.
•Support Cisco–Splunk synergy by representing acquisition priorities and demonstrating value to sales stakeholders, Cisco leadership, and the board.
•Lead communications for the transition to Cisco’s Specialist Model, ensuring clarity on vision, benefits, and outcomes.
•Design high-impact quarterly communications campaigns tailored to Cisco personas to drive engagement with Splunk initiatives and events.
•Act as a cross-functional liaison to ensure unified messaging across the Office of the CRO, sales communications, SE organizations, and specialist teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 135,000 - 170,200 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of communications experience with at least 3 years directly supporting a senior executive.

•Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into compelling narratives.
