Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee warehouse setup, receiving, and kitting to support the field service team.
  • •Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment with properly stored and labeled materials.
  • •Execute supplier pickups/returns and manage material runs, including garbage/recycling drop-offs.
  • •Perform regular cycle counts and ensure inventory record accuracy with real-time ERP updates in NetSuite.
  • •Receive shipments against purchase orders, inspect items for discrepancies, and handle RMAs and vendor returns/credits in NetSuite.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • •Proven track record of all aspects of warehouse management.
  • •Strong analytical skills and ERP experience, with NetSuite experience preferable.
