Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a strategic thought partner to the CAO, bringing structure to major bets across personalisation and ML/AI and supporting trade-offs, sequencing, and investment decisions.
  • •Represent the CAO in product, technical, and cross-functional forums, ensuring discussions are grounded in user impact, hypotheses, and success metrics.
  • •Engage in technical and delivery discussions (architecture, delivery, experiment reviews), and run technically flavoured workstreams end to end.
  • •Own and drive new initiatives from idea to impact, including setting up cadences for user insights and beta testing and exploring larger ML/AI research bets with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • •Support operational rhythm and execution by driving roadmap visibility, planning cadences (QBRs/MBRs), triaging inbound requests/escalations, and shaping the CAO’s day-to-day time allocation.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in strategy, product, general management, technical program management, or business leadership roles, in a SaaS or product-led organisation.
  • •Ability to engage with engineering and ML teams and follow technical/delivery discussions, metrics, and dashboards (no need to write models).
  • •Strong commercial instinct and product judgment to connect user impact, strategy, and business outcomes and articulate trade-offs.
  • •Proven operational expertise building or running planning cadences, OKRs, or execution frameworks in complex, multi-team environments.
  • •Excellent communication and stakeholder management to influence senior leaders and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Growth, Data, and Operations.
