Partner with the Chief Algorithms Officer to extend the reach and impact of Canva’s new Algorithms org focused on personalization and ML/AI experiences. You’ll drive clarity, prioritization, and alignment across product, engineering, research, data, marketing, communications, and operations—owning operational cadences, roadmap visibility, and key initiatives from strategy through execution. Expect a technically fluent, high-ownership role in a fast-moving, ambiguity-friendly environment.
