Job Function: Manufacturing & Production Operations

Key Responsibilities

  • •Operate blow mold filler, bottle labeler, shrink film packager, and/or injection molding lines, including regrind, dryers, and blenders.
  • •Complete internal and external sanitation and maintain production line quality through required line quality checks and accurate paperwork.
  • •Sample products hourly and daily, report and record results, and test finished products for quality to maintain certification.
  • •Set up lines and change package and product as necessary.
  • •Drive a standup/sit down forklift and perform light general and preventative maintenance to ensure proper machine operation.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or equivalent and two (2) years’ experience with light maintenance/preventive maintenance, machine change over, production line operation, quality controls, and lab work.
  • •Basic math and computer skills.
  • •Good written and oral communication skills.
  • •Good organizational skills and ability to think analytically.
  • •Ability to follow established procedures, work in a fast-paced production environment, and work overtime as needed.
