•Process client invoices and maintain relationships with clients, carriers, and customs.
•Respond to drivers’ calls related to shipments and compile/review required customs documentation.
•Use documents, work standards, and system technology to complete precise shipment data entry.
•Coordinate carrier release by submitting required documents and freight payments; support day-to-day operations by setting priorities and solving problems.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
•0–2 years of customer service or related experience is a plus.
•Good written, verbal, and telephone communication skills.
•Good data entry and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-up.
•Understanding of applicable computer systems, including Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, and function-specific software.
