Key Responsibilities

•Translate global and regional brand narratives into locally resonant stories for India and Middle East markets
•Lead communications for new feature launches across Tinder, Hinge, and The League and translate product updates into user-facing stories
•Drive earned media through insight-led campaigns and build narratives across media, creators, and cultural platforms
•Build and execute social-first communications strategies originating in social and digital ecosystems (Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat)
•Lead end-to-end campaign execution, manage agency partners, and align with Marketing, Product, and Regional teams to ensure cohesive narratives and timely delivery

Key Requirements

•8–12 years of experience in communications, PR, or brand storytelling
•Strong experience beyond traditional PR, including social-first campaigns and creator ecosystems
•Deep understanding of the India market; familiarity with Middle East markets is a strong plus
•Proven ability to execute campaigns end-to-end in fast-paced environments
•Ability to work independently while collaborating across global and regional teams
