Key Responsibilities

  • •Meet daily production targets with strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, inventory management, and productivity.
  • •Assemble, adjust, or repair low voltage assemblies and operate assembly machinery.
  • •Perform PowerWave2 hi-pot testing, visual inspections/quality checks, and apply identification labels to completed assemblies.
  • •Read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings and follow standard operating procedures, method sheets, and instructions.
  • •Support production flow by retrieving/delivering materials, preparing assemblies for shipment or storage, and completing material transactions in AS400.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
  • •Minimum of 6 months of experience using hand and air tools.
  • •Ability to work independently with minimum direction and maintain a clean, orderly, safe workplace (5S+).
  • •Ability to stand for long periods, lift/carry up to 40 lbs, and push/pull up to 100 lbs.
