Key Responsibilities

  • •Capture client requirements to design bespoke BIM strategies and workflows aligned to best practices and contract/appointment needs.
  • •Manage BIM rollout across programs and projects to ensure adoption by clients, design teams, and contractors.
  • •Perform structured model reviews, clash detection, and data analysis to mitigate risks and meet project requirements.
  • •Facilitate workshops and coordinate with project partners as a digital ambassador for BIM and information management services.
  • •Create bid proposals and write detailed reports, contributing to internal documentation and quality processes while supervising team deliverables through peer review.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in a BIM Manager role, preferably in consultancy environments with experience across project lifecycles.
  • •Deep working knowledge of BS EN ISO 19650 and the IMI Framework (UK BIM Framework), plus industry information management standards.
  • •Proficiency in 3D authoring tools such as Revit or ArchiCAD for model interrogation.
  • •Expertise with clash detection and model checking tools such as Solibri and Navisworks.
  • •Strong experience with CDE platforms (e.g., ACC, Asite, Viewpoint) and familiarity with COBie data requirements.
