Job Summary

Own the end-to-end product creation lifecycle for Procurement and Sourcing solutions, including defining user stories, the north star vision, product roadmap, and prioritizing the product backlog. Partner with stakeholders to shape product vision, refine sprint backlog with agile/scrum practices, and communicate priorities to delivery teams. Act as a Level 3 subject matter expert in production, leading problem case resolution while keeping IT health indicators compliant.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee all stages of product creation, including design and development, defining the north star vision, creating the product roadmap, and prioritizing the product backlog.
•Work with stakeholders to create the product vision and define user stories while maintaining conceptual and technical integrity.
•Participate in scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, retrospectives) and use agile/scrum practices to create and prioritize sprint features, acceptance criteria, and backlog.
•Communicate the product backlog clearly to team members and influence delivery team focus areas while engaging with delivery teams to commit to product requirements.
•Ensure silent operation in production by partnering with IT Production Support teams, acting as Level 3 subject matter expert, and leading problem case resolution while keeping IT health indicators compliant.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Computing or related field.
•6+ years driving supply chain technical solutions deployment in a global environment.
•6+ years with SAP S/4 HANA for Material Management and SAP Ariba products (SAP Sourcing and Contracting, SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Ariba Network) with integration to S/4.
•6+ years on supply chain enterprise programs or projects.
•Advanced English level.
