Senior Manager - Development

Lead end-to-end real estate development for the Dubai Holding Real Estate portfolio, from feasibility and master planning through design, procurement, consultant/contractor appointments, and project execution. Review technical/commercial submissions and manage value engineering to meet budgets. Prepare business cases, define delivery strategies, identify project/portfolio risks, and manage multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure regulatory compliance and successful outcomes.
