Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the team behind marketing and personalization AI, driving conversion, engagement, and customer retention.
  • •Own AI model design, architecture, and integration across the product ecosystem.
  • •Build and deliver personalization AI systems including segmentation, propensity/churn prediction, next-best-action, send-time optimization, and generative AI for personalized content.
  • •Oversee the AI development lifecycle (training, validation, deployment, experimentation, and ongoing improvement).
  • •Provide hands-on technical leadership through architecture/design, code reviews, performance optimization, and mentorship while coordinating with Product, Data Science, Designers, and Platform/DevOps.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8+ years of software development experience with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML engineering and related technologies.
  • •Proven experience building and shipping marketing/personalization AI in production (recommendation systems, segmentation, propensity/churn, real-time decisioning, or campaign optimization).
  • •Track record of leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams in high-growth or innovative tech environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and production deployments (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, RAG) plus experimentation (A/B testing, uplift modeling).
