Analyst, Payroll (Hybrid)

Support end-to-end U.S. payroll operations for a large organization with multiple pay cycles and paygroups. Review payroll activities for policy and regulatory compliance, coordinate test payrolls with ADP, and audit payroll data inputs to identify anomalies and resolve root causes. Partner with internal departments and payroll vendors to research complex pay issues and drive process improvements, while generating weekly payroll reporting and maintaining payroll calendars and schedules.
