Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end architecture design and technical delivery for an AI Agent platform, including task orchestration, tool invocation, context management, memory mechanisms, and multi-agent collaboration.
  • •Embed AI-native capabilities into engineering workflows such as AI coding, solution generation, test case/report generation, and automated environment setup/orchestration.
  • •Design and integrate enterprise knowledge augmentation capabilities, including RAG, GraphRAG, and knowledge graphs.
  • •Establish AI agent runtime and governance frameworks covering isolation/sandboxing, access control/permissions, auditability/traceability, evaluation/quality measurement, and stability/cost management.
  • •Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and platform teams to standardise and productionise platform capabilities and improve delivery efficiency.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or above (preferred: Computer Science, Software Engineering, AI, or related fields).
  • •8+ years in backend/platform engineering, architecture, or similar enterprise-scale delivery roles.
  • •Recent 3 years delivering AI-related production work in a commercial environment.
  • •Proficient in Java and/or Python with strong coding fundamentals and architectural judgment.
  • •Must have deep understanding of LLMs and agent architectures, including task decomposition/planning, tool/function calling, context/session management, memory design, and exception handling; practical experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph.
