HR Generalist Germany - all genders

Support employees across the full employee lifecycle for a defined population and collaborate closely with a regional HR team. Contribute to global HR strategy implementation across recruitment, development, org structure, and compensation & benefits, while advising managers on HR topics. Handle HR administration such as employment contracts and HR measures, coordinate training activities, lead recruitment for assigned areas, and prepare HR reporting. Partner with the local works council and support HR projects and audits.
