Lead day-to-day operations of an assigned bank branch by driving performance, coaching and motivating teammates, and managing human capital decisions. Grow branch revenue through small business and mass affluent development using face-to-face appointments, outbound calling, and prospecting. Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, while partnering with IRM and operations teams to build a strong “One Team” culture.
