Lead Procurement Engineer

Oversee procurement of technical goods and services for operations, evaluating suppliers, negotiating purchase agreements, and ensuring timely delivery. Develop and implement procurement strategies focused on cost reduction, quality improvement, and supplier diversification. Lead and mentor procurement teams while partnering with engineers, project managers, and department heads to plan and execute procurement needs. Monitor supplier performance, manage contract compliance, resolve supply issues, and maintain procurement records while supporting HSE initiatives.
