•Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and internal transitions.
•Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems; generate reports for people analytics.
•Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and processes; support documentation and HR communications.
•Coordinate and deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires; partner with hiring managers to ensure successful employee integration.
•Support day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle administration; maintain confidentiality of data.

Key Requirements

•3-5+ years of experience in HR, People Ops, or a related field.
•Strong understanding of HR processes and employment practices.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where flexibility is key.
