Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain the project master schedule for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
  • •Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule and apply resource loading for staffing and crew plans.
  • •Coordinate progress tracking with the GC and stakeholders for milestones and update schedule activities coded by WBS.
  • •Establish and monitor the critical path, analyze impacts, and propose mitigation strategies for schedule risks.
  • •Produce detailed plan-vs-actual reporting (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly) using earned value KPIs and forecast strategies.

Key Requirements

  • •7–10 years in project controls, planning, and scheduling.
  • •Proven experience in data center or manufacturing projects.
  • •Expertise developing detailed plans from master schedules using ORACLE Primavera P6.
  • •Ability to monitor schedule trends/impacts, adjust schedules, and report discrepancies against baseline.
  • •Degree in Architecture, Civil, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
