Own and optimize the Durable Labels product portfolio across Materials Group, driving profitability, growth, and a value-based pricing strategy. Develop and execute the strategic product roadmap and Product Lifecycle Management activities, from new launches to rationalization. Serve as the voice of the market by translating converter/end-user feedback into actionable requirements and innovation insights, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and regional commercial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Champion performance-driven portfolio management, optimizing profitability and growth and recommending product lifecycle actions with the Materials Group Product Line Team.
•Own and drive the strategic Durable Labels product roadmap within the Materials Group channel, aligned to growth objectives and converter/end-user needs.
•Architect and execute a value-based pricing strategy to maximize profitability and drive market share.
•Define and execute Product Lifecycle Management activities, including new launches, line extensions, product re-engineering, cost reductions, and updating service guidelines.
•Build product promotions and sales enablement materials, translating customer feedback into actionable product requirements and innovation priorities in cross-functional collaboration.

Key Requirements

•7+ years of work experience demonstrating the skill set required for the role, including extensive Materials Group Product Management experience, with the ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
•Experience and/or affinity with technically complex product portfolios (such as Automotive, Industrial, Electronics, or Pharma) and a hands-on, proactive attitude.
•Hands-on attitude willing to accomplish tasks directly.
•Exceptional communication skills, translating complex technical and commercial topics into clear business insights for diverse audiences.
•Proven ability to lead through influence and thrive in a complex, matrixed global organization, building consensus and driving projects forward across business units.
