Key Responsibilities

  • •Review, modify, and ensure proposals, SOWs, and other documents to be signed by Contracts meet Raytheon standards and ELCAN delegations and gate approvals.
  • •Review and negotiate mutual terms and conditions, leading the corporate approval process when terms deviate from Raytheon standards.
  • •Attend RFQ kick-off meetings to ensure compliance with ELCAN delegations and current policies and procedures.
  • •Manage subcontracting to flow down customer contract requirements (FAR/DFARS and other requirements) to supplier/subcontractor agreements.
  • •Review and approve purchase orders and amendments for compliance with terms and conditions and support contract reporting and documentation maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •Post-secondary education in Contracts, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •Obtain and maintain Level 2 Secret security clearance.
  • •Computer proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • •Experience using business operations software such as Product Center or LN.
  • •Knowledge of DFARS/FAR regulations, ITAR requirements, export compliance, FCPA, and anti-corruption is an asset.
