Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead industrial design and concept development for new products, delivering proposals, hand sketches, high-fidelity renderings, and 3D models.
  • •Conduct user research, market analysis, and trend forecasting to guide design direction and align with brand strategy and user needs.

  • •Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling and surfacing software such as Rhino, KeyShot, CATIA, or Pro-E.
  • •Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) plus strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • •Excellent sketching/rapid visualization and the ability to independently manage resources, integrate user feedback, and communicate effectively across multicultural teams.
