•Prospect for new small business clients and deepen existing relationships to drive year-over-year revenue growth, loan production, deposits, and broader relationship value.
•Run discovery conversations to understand each client’s business, goals, financial needs, credit profile, and growth opportunities.
•Act as the primary point of contact for small business clients and recommend appropriate solutions across loans, deposits, cash management, and other core banking products.
•Design and structure compliant financial solutions aligned to client objectives, credit standards, portfolio quality expectations, and responsible banking practices.
•Manage portfolio performance and credit quality by monitoring market trends, identifying risk indicators, applying underwriting judgment, and partnering with underwriting and internal teams to support timely reporting and outcomes.

Key Requirements

•3-4 years of experience in relationship banking and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
•Expert consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
•Advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge for sophisticated client solutions.
•Strong knowledge of lending policies, credit structures, banking products/services, and regulatory requirements.
•NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and ongoing compliance with Regulation Z and related registration requirements, including maintaining a satisfactory criminal and credit record.
