Key Responsibilities

  • •Own delivery of small-to-medium features and may lead limited-complexity projects against the defined software engineering roadmap.
  • •Convert customer and product needs into high-quality technical designs, secure code, automated tests, and measurable release outcomes.
  • •Coordinate requirements, dependencies, timelines, and remediation plans with product managers, architects, security, operations, and other engineering teams.
  • •Troubleshoot complex production issues, participate in on-call rotations where applicable, and lead postmortems and root cause analysis.
  • •Serve as a resource across functional components by reviewing code, sharing technical knowledge, and mentoring peers or engineering interns.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 5+ years, or a Master’s with 3+ years of software engineering experience.
  • •Experience with Python and at least one automation framework/tool such as Playwright, Selenium, or Pytest.
  • •Experience building or integrating AI/ML or generative AI capabilities (e.g., LLM APIs, prompt-based workflows, or model-driven features) into software or test automation.
  • •Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
  • •Experience developing with at least one cloud platform: AWS, GCP, or Azure.
