Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and maintain strong relationships with repair service providers and monitor performance against agreed standards.
  • •Conduct regular reviews of repair quality, turnaround times, customer satisfaction, and assessor recommendations.
  • •Analyse performance data and conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality, commercial, and regulatory requirements.
  • •Partner with service providers to identify process improvements, drive cost efficiencies, and enhance network performance.
  • •Prepare and present performance reports, communicating insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong knowledge of motor repair processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements in insurance and automotive environments.
  • •Motor Trade qualification (Panel Beater/Spray Painter) and/or experience as a Motor Assessor, Motor Supplier Manager, or Smash Repair Manager.
  • •Proven experience in motor claims, quality assurance, supplier management, or the wider insurance and automotive industry.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
