Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with leadership and HR to coordinate hiring, scheduling interviews, and manage onboarding and training.
  • •Track staffing needs across locations; coordinate uniforms, training schedules, and coverage.
  • •Maintain SOPs, operational manuals, and training documents; organize digital files and operational trackers.
  • •Manage operational task lists and pending items, coordinate communication across departments, and prepare meeting agendas and action items.
  • •Support purchasing and inventory (POs, vendor communication, invoices, deliveries, inventory reports) and track permits and projects through completion.

Key Requirements
