Director, Leadership Development and Learning

Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise leadership learning and talent development strategies for frontline, operational, technical, and corporate teams. Oversee learning program implementation and continuous improvement, partner with People and business leaders to address capability gaps, and ensure alignment with FAA, IATA, and EASA safety standards. Establish learning effectiveness metrics, manage a team of learning professionals, vendors, and departmental budgets to strengthen leadership effectiveness and business performance.
