Key Responsibilities

•Act as the primary contact for hotel owners and management teams; manage relationships and alignment.
•Analyse hotel performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
•Conduct regular business reviews and develop actionable operational plans.
•Support hotels in improving revenue, guest satisfaction (OSAT, NPS), and brand engagement.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR) to deliver results and drive operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Proven experience in hotel operations or franchise operations within an international brand.
•Strong understanding of hotel performance metrics, revenue management, and guest experience.
•Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain owner relationships.
•Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
•Degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent experience; fluency in English is expected (additional languages a plus).
