Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the primary contact for hotel owners and management teams; manage relationships and alignment.
  • •Analyse hotel performance data to identify opportunities and implement improvement strategies.
  • •Conduct regular business reviews and develop actionable operational plans.
  • •Support hotels in improving revenue, guest satisfaction (OSAT, NPS), and brand engagement.
  • •Collaborate with internal teams (Revenue, Sales & Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR) to deliver results and drive operational excellence.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 60,000 - 70,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in hotel operations or franchise operations within an international brand.
  • •Strong understanding of hotel performance metrics, revenue management, and guest experience.
  • •Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to build and maintain owner relationships.
  • •Ability to analyse performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • •Degree in Hospitality, Business, or equivalent experience; fluency in English is expected (additional languages a plus).
