Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead weekly meetings and provide onsite coordination to drive project progress with cross-functional partners.
  • •Maintain comprehensive project files, including updated test fits and schedules.
  • •Oversee delivery from design to completion while minimizing disruption to business operations and employees.
  • •Develop and manage fit-up plans and schedules across CAFM, Culinary, Facilities Operations, Furniture, Technology, Security, MAC, and external vendors.
  • •Ensure Archibus and floor plans (including furniture layouts and building numbering) are accurate and coordinate meeting space setup for FDOB.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

  • •6+ years of experience in workplace project management or a related field.
  • •Strong spatial planning experience converting business requirements into functional space solutions.
  • •Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and cost management for project and facilities operations.
  • •Ability to build effective working relationships with employees and external vendors.
