Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage Lime’s global stock plan administration and related processes for equity and long-term incentive awards.
  • •Apply country-specific requirements for global equity transactions, including tax withholding, payroll timing, settlement, reporting, eligibility, exchange controls, and data privacy.
  • •Maintain ETRADE Equity Edge Online as the authoritative system of record for awards, participants, transactions, vesting schedules, and tax elections.
  • •Oversee vendor relationships and system integrations (E*TRADE, Workday, payroll, Finance, transfer agent), driving continuous improvements via automation, metrics, and compliant human-in-the-loop workflows.
  • •Support SOX controls, approval/access workflows, segregation of duties, reconciliations, exception management, evidence retention, and audit requests while partnering on public-company equity reporting.
  • •Create and lead a scalable global equity education strategy, delivering training and serving as a primary escalation point for employee inquiries to improve the equity experience.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of progressive experience in global stock plan administration, equity compensation, or related fields (public-company experience strongly preferred).
  • •Administer equity across multiple countries, legal entities, payrolls, and tax jurisdictions, including international employee mobility and compliance.
  • •Experience managing E*TRADE Equity Edge Online, Workday, brokers, transfer agents, global payroll providers, HRIS teams, and tax advisors/vendors.
  • •Strong data-management and reconciliation skills with Excel or Google Sheets, plus documentation and problem-solving ability.
  • •Ability to explain complex equity, tax, and compliance concepts clearly to employees and leaders in written and verbal communication.
