Production Hourly

Join the production team in Mt. Pleasant and help deliver safe, high-quality poultry products. In a hands-on role on the processing line, you’ll cut, trim, package, and inspect products while operating equipment, maintaining a clean workspace, and following USDA and Pilgrim’s food safety and animal welfare standards. You’ll report malfunctions and safety concerns, support teammates, and participate in continuous improvement to meet production goals.
