Own the Elevate Program transformation on the ground across the UK, ES and Benelux for end-to-end roadside assistance operations. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a regional portfolio of around 25 initiatives transforming roadside assistance operations across the UK, ES, and Benelux.
•Manage and develop a team of 3–4 project managers, setting priorities and removing obstacles to deliver on time, on budget, and against value targets.
•Partner with Elevate, regional operations heads, the RSA regional E2E team, CTO, Lines of Business, Markets, AZ Tech, and external providers to build and deploy major AI- and technology-driven initiatives.
•Serve as regional point of reference and centre of expertise for deploying global and regional solutions into local markets and embedding them into day-to-day operations.
•Ensure initiatives are reflected in Performance Dashboard (PD) and Workforce Management (WFM) tools, and that savings and Voice of Customer (VoC) improvements are tracked after go-live.

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
•At least 5 years’ experience in a transformation role in assistance, insurance or consulting, leading complex operational change (with cost and service improvements).
•Deep understanding of operations such as contact centres, field/network operations, or service delivery.
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a track record influencing senior management across operations, IT, product, markets, and external providers.
•Solid understanding of IT and change management, including feasibility assessment and managing the people side of deployments.
