Job Summary

Develop, deliver, and communicate in-store visual concepts to promote the brand, products and services. Train and coach store teams to execute merchant-based visual plans, manage daily/weekly/seasonal VP tasks, and collaborate with operations and brand management to maximize in-store sales. Create and optimize floor plans, displays, lighting, and signage while ensuring brand guidelines are consistently applied across AVENUE Mall Bahrain locations.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and deliver brand-appropriate visual concepts for in-store displays and windows
•Train and coach store teams to perform merchant-based VP tasks and maintain daily/weekly/seasonal VP routines
•Coordinate store displays in line with brand guidelines, create floor plans, and optimize layout for visual impact
•Photograph changes to merchandise displays and ensure effective use of lighting for windows
•Collaborate with operations and brand management to increase sales and implement brand standards during store pre-openings and ongoing updates

Key Requirements

•Visual merchandising experience with the ability to develop and communicate visual concepts in-store
•Proven ability to train and coach store teams on VP tasks and brand standards
•Experience developing floor plans and store layouts to maximize visual impact
•Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to coordinate displays in line with brand strategy
•Strong collaboration with operations and brand management to drive sales
